Hand Arendallís Appellate Advocacy Practice Team is comprised of skilled litigators who have extensive appellate experience in both the state and federal court systems. Members of the Appellate Advocacy Practice Team handle complex and diverse appellate matters, including cases tried by Hand Arendall lawyers and cases tried by other firms. Additionally, our appellate attorneys are regularly consulted throughout the litigation process to provide support in the form of strategy and written advocacy. The attorneys in our Appellate Advocacy Practice Team also have significant experience in preparing amicus briefs on behalf of trade associations and other interested organizations.
Our attorneys are equipped to handle every aspect of an appeal and have a proven track record.
Hand Arendall has long tradition of encouraging law students in their development of appellate advocacy skills. The firm annually presents the Hand Arendall Award for excellence in appellate advocacy at the University of Alabama School of Law and at Cumberland School of Law.
