Hand Arendall’s Immigration Practice Group works with clients in a wide variety of immigration matters related to their business or hiring needs. Members assist clients in obtaining all categories of temporary and permanent visas and work authorizations, along with addressing long-term staffing needs of the company. The team also provides immigration compliance services to help clients navigate all immigration related regulations.

Our team assists both large and small companies in various industries and has gained a unique understanding of the challenges faced in searching for a specialized labor force. We also collaborate with foreign workers to ensure a smooth transition to the U.S.
