John S. Johnson practices in the field of general civil litigation with emphasis on commercial litigation, life, health and disability insurance litigation, and labor and employment law. He was born in Macon, Georgia and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1997. John received his law degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1997 and his B.S. degree from Samford University, magna cum laude, in 1994. He is admitted to practice before all Alabama state courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama. He is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Birmingham Inns of Court.
