Civic and Professional Affiliations
Brett W. Aaron is an associate in Hand Arendallís litigation section. His litigation practice covers several areas including insurance coverage, bad faith, state and local government, and commercial litigation.
Brett is a Junior Board Member for both Red Mountain Park and Childcare Resources. He is also a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. As a member of the Alabama State Bar, he serves on the Future of the Profession Task Force, and Law School & Legal Education Task Force committees.
Brett grew up in Jasper, Alabama. He attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he received his B.S. in Economics in 2009. Brett received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2015. While at Alabama, Brett was a senior editor of the Alabama Law Review and was the recipient of C.A.L.I. Awards for best paper in Federal Jurisdiction and Patents. He is honored to be a member of the University of Alabama Farrah Law Alumni Society.
